Educational Field Trips
Topic relevant field trips find a prominent place in the curriculum in view of their significant role in making the learning an enjoyable experience and in helping to retain the concept.
Usually these field trips are followed by assignments/ pen paper tests based on them which are graded as part of formative assessments. National science museum, Pushpanjali Gujral science city at Jallandhar, National History Museum, Indian Meteorological Department, Gandhi Smriti, Parliament Museum etc are some of the places to which such trips are organised.
